Booking your hotel is easy on Alharamainhotels. Please follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Alharamainhotels account or create one
- Click on “Places to stay” and select from “Hotels” from the main menu.
- If you’ve selected “Hotels”, simply enter your travel destination and dates, and hit “Search”.
- Complete your booking.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of booking.”
You can find a room’s cancellation policy listed as either “Free cancellation” or “Non-refundable” near the room rate. To find out more details, go to the booking page.
If you’ve already made your booking, you can find the detailed cancellation policy in the confirmation email.
Please note that cancellation policies vary by property. Please check the property’s policies before booking.
Alharamainhotels will send you a confirmation email with your booking details within 30 minutes after you’ve made the payment.
If you can’t find the email, try checking your spam/junk folder.
You can also check via your Bookings page > Select the Booking.
This depends on the cancellation policy of your booking.
Cancelling a non-refundable bookings may result in a full charge of the booking.
Free cancellation means that the booking can be cancelled within a certain period of time. For example, some properties allow you to cancel 48 hours before check-in time.
Beyond the arranged time, any cancellation may be charged a fee. Please see the propety’s cancellation policy for more details.
Head on over to your Account to change any of your personal info.
When you try to sign into your account, select the reset password link.
Help is on the way: if you booked your hotel on the Alharamainhotels.com, then you can go to Bookings and get info on around-the-clock support. You can contact us via one of our support email, live chat or WhatsApp chat. Depends on availability rooms and date changes fees will be charged.

If you can’t find an answer to a specific question on our website the best thing is to contact the hotel directly as they will be your best resource.
